Conditions for development of SMEs the health tourism industry as an example the Hotel "Klimek”.

This work consists of theoretical and empirical, was phrased in five chapters. The theoretical part includes two chapters. The first chapter defines and presents the characteristics of spa tourism, its forms and detailed tasks. In the second chapter characterizes the MSP sector in Poland, its impact on economic development and barriers to development. The third chapter presents the methodological issues of empirical research.Empirical part is contained in chapter four and five.The fourth chapter presents an analysis of the Hotel “Klimek”, the problem and explained the method of the solution. Finally, in chapter five are the results of research described in chapter three for the Hotel "Klimek". Set out its stage of development and growth potential.Niniejsza praca zawiera część teoretyczną i empiryczną, sformułowano ją w pięciu rozdziałach. W rozdziale pierwszym zdefiniowano i przedstawiono cechy turystyki uzdrowiskowej, wyszczególniono jej formy i zadania. W rozdziale drugim scharakteryzowano sektor MSP w Polsce, jego wpływ na rozwój gospodarczy oraz bariery ograniczające rozwój. W trzecim rozdziale przedstawiono zagadnienia metodologiczne badania empirycznego. Część empiryczna zawarta jest w rozdziale czwartym i piątym. W rozdziale czwartym przedstawiono analizę przypadku Hotelu „Klimek” określono problem i wyjaśniono metodę jego rozwiązania. Z kolei w rozdziale piątym znajdują się wyniki badan opisanych w rozdziale trzecim dla Hotelu „Klimek”. Określono jej etap rozwoju oraz potencjał rozwojowy
